Some Key numbers in our Infrastructure
The company employees over 300 personnel at its Ultra modern factories at Greater Noida (U.P). The total area exceeds 100,000 sq. ft. at these manufacturing locations, which are equipped with state of art manufacturing & testing machinery, equipment & testing labs as per IS 694,1293 & in house RoHS testing facility.
A specially designed bending test equipment is used regularly for all types of moulded Cords. The 4 way programmable high voltage tester checks the insulation strength of the inner cords of the power cord in one sitting.
The Cables are manufactured at high speed extruders having on-line Beta Gauge for precise size control. The plug moulding is done on high speed CNC controlled moulding machines.
The company has also recently acquired fully robotised high capacity moulding machines to cater to the increasing requirements.
